Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist located in Pune. The Behavioral Therapist will work closely with children with special needs, providing therapeutic interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. The therapist will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement behavior intervention strategies. Collaborating with parents, educators, and other professionals, the therapist will focus on promoting positive behavioral changes and skill development in children.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Modification in children with special needs.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Background in Psychology and experience in Working With Children
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with children with special needs is a plus
• Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
