Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle telecalling, maintain customer databases, and assist in CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update CRM system with accurate customer data
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Send quotations, emails, and follow-up messages to clients
  • Assist in preparing daily reports and maintaining client interaction records
  • Support customer service and resolve minor queries via phone or WhatsApp

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
  • Prior experience in telecalling or back-office operations preferred
  • Organized, punctual, and customer-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Language:

  • English (Required)
