They will also have an indirect reporting of around 200 People under their respective cohort. The RHS is responsible for growth in their respective Regions. Identify the matrices required for growth across cities where Livspace is present. Quantify resources that are required in these respective regions. Come up with the offers or marketing activities that are required. ¢ Manage the complete P&L and carry out AOP Plan for respective regions. ¢ Build and scale this high-performing team for a predictable and sustainable business with P&L responsibility. ¢ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the right steps for the regional growth.
