Role & responsibilities

1. Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

2. Establishing Business relations between Lab to Lab, Lab to Hospital s, Lab to Medical practitioners.

3. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (Digital Marketing, TV etc.) exhibitions and promotional

Marketing Planning and Strategy

- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.

- Generating new business leads

- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.

- Generating leads, Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.

- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

- Managing the marketing department's team

- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry related events.

- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends

- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition Ventures

- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.

- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidates who are graduates with at least 5 year of experience in Medical , Diagnostic, and relevant industry experience.

2. Individuals with a high level of integrity, honesty, diligence, self motivation, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.

3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

4. Strong communication skills.

5. Proficient in marketing strategy.

6. Proficiency in stakeholder management and creative problem solving.

7. High initiative, self motivation, and energetic with a strong ability to collaborate within a commercial team.

8. Capacity to build strong and sustainable team.

9. Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.

10. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.

11. Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
