B2B Partnerships + Operations Lead

About the Role At Jaagruk Bharat , we’re bridging the gap between government schemes and citizens — one click, one partner, one village at a time. We’re looking for an early growth driver who’s just as comfortable writing cold emails to CSR heads as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute a scheme activation in the field. This is a dual-role across strategy + execution . You’ll generate B2B leads, write winning proposals, close deals , and then bring them to life on-ground — with real results and real people. What You'll Do 1. B2B & CSR/ESG Partnerships Identify and reach out to CSR/ESG leads across sectors Craft tailored decks, proposals, and concept notes Convert warm leads into MoUs, pilots, and long-term partnerships 2. Project Ops & Delivery Plan and execute multi-state projects (digital + field) Coordinate with field teams, partners, and our tech/backend teams Ensure KYC, registration, documentation, and impact targets are met Monitor progress, troubleshoot on-ground, and create reporting frameworks 3. Proposal Writing & Custom Solutions Write compelling proposals linked to government schemes, impact themes, and partner priorities Build budgets, timelines, and work plans that are both fundable and executable Keep a ready bank of concepts across healthcare, financial inclusion, identity access, and more You’ll Fit Right In If You… Have 3–4 years of experience in social sector operations , CSR/ESG projects, or B2B partnerships Know how to write a cold email and manage a team in the field Love the idea of running projects that actually change lives Have worked with NGOs, foundations, or impact-first startups Write clearly, think structurally, and hustle respectfully Why Jaagruk Bharat?
