We're Hiring:

Operations Manager – B2B Projects

Location:

🕒 Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

👤 What You’ll Do:
  • Manage end-to-end execution of B2B/CSR programs (onboarding → field ops → reporting)
  • Liaise with corporate clients, field partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor key metrics, resolve escalations, and own the quality of service delivery
  • Build SOPs, dashboards, and frameworks for scalable execution
  • Travel (as needed) for field audits and partner reviews


✅ What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–4 years in operations, project execution, or client delivery roles
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and process mindset
  • Excellent communication in Hindi & English
  • High ownership, reliability, and ability to work in a startup environment


🚀 Bonus If:
  • You’ve handled CSR projects or worked in impact/NGO/government-tech setups
  • You understand government schemes or have worked in Tier 2/3 markets
