Design Development: Create 2D AutoCAD drawings for floor plans, elevations, and furniture layouts. Space Planning: Develop and implement space planning solutions for various project types. Material Selection: Support in selecting materials and coordinating with vendors. Client Communication: Communicate design concepts to clients and solicit feedback. Coordination: Work with other design and construction professionals to ensure accurate implementation. Technical Drafting: Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications. Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Prepare accurate BOQs for design elements and materials. AutoCAD Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D software and its features. Design Principles: Understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and layout design. Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaborating with clients and teams. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design issues and find solutions. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of designs. Creativity: Ability to translate client needs into creative and functional designs.
