Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in B2C or education sales, with at least 3 years in a team leadership/regional management role (preferably in study abroad, MBBS admissions, or education partnerships). Demonstrated success in team management, business development, and institutional partnerships. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel within the region as required. Preferred Attributes Existing network within NEET coaching/educator communities. Experience with regional operations in the education or study abroad sector.
