Role & responsibilities A - 1 JOB CONTENT 1. Product engineering management to include Creation, Updation and Control of Material Masters, BOM, Drawings, Standards & Procedures. - Handle Pressure Vessel Design. - Well versed with AuotCAD and 3D Modelling - Knowledge of codes and ASME / ASTM standards requirements. - Good understanding of manufacturing processes. - Reviewing and ensuring the results of Engineering activities. 2. Technical Support to Marketing, Service & Manufacturing. 3. Document managment and Control. 4. Co-ordination with departmental activities to meet business requirements on time. 5. Customer Complaint handling with CAPA & RCA. A - 2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for creation of Material Masters and BOM's in SAP systems for special requirements 2. Ability to develop and present analysis reports and recommend design changes. 3. Checking and Releasing of Design documents for inspecting authority approval. 4. Assist with standardization of products, process, tools and calculations etc., to reduce time/risk 5. Helping team to achieve project deadlines, delivered with desired quality, cost and efficiency. 6. Technical Support on all special application engineering requirements 7. Document management and control - Maintaining upto date controlled documents for other department use. 8. Technical support for Root cause analysis and elimination of customer complaints 9. Reviewing and ensuring the results of Engineering activities(BOM release, GAD submission, Lot cards release & Updation of engineering documents) to meet the business requirements on time. 10. Co-ordination/Communication with team on technical support for the existing/new products 11. Extend technical support to the Marketing, Manufacturing, Branches & Customers 12. Reduction of engineering error 13. Product training to internal/external customers at plant. 14. Technical support to reduce the assembly and inhouse rejections Preferred candidate profile Pumps / Seal Industry experience is preferred
