Asst. Sales Manager - Solar Power Plant

Job Purpose:

The Assistant Sales Manager/Assistant Business Development Manager will focus on driving solar sales in the assigned regions. The role involves managing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while promoting solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in solar sales and be adept at identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Job Duties:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned regions.
• Identify and engage potential customers for solar energy solutions.
• Lead Generation:
• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Build a pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Address customer queries and provide solutions to meet their energy needs.
• Market Analysis:
• Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Provide insights and suggestions for business growth based on market analysis.
• Proposal and Negotiation:
• Prepare and present customised proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of solar projects.
• Reporting:
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Submit regular sales reports to the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Solar sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• industrial sales: 4 years (Preferred)
