Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Lead-Planning & Documentation to join our team in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
Develop and implement effective planning strategies to achieve project goals.
Prepare and review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
Analyze data to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (BE Civil or B.Arch).
Postgraduate degree in Nicmar, CEPT, or SPA is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate fit-outs.
Strong knowledge of planning and documentation principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
