Job Description

Department: Automation Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Assist in
pharma automation solution design and detailing
.
Support in
DCS, PLC, SCADA programming
and
MES configuration
.
Contribute to preparation of
engineering build documents
(IO lists, wiring diagrams, functional design specs).

Preferred Qualification

B.Tech/B.E in CSE, ECE, or Chemical Engineering
.

Preferred Skills by Branch

CSE
: Basic knowledge of programming (ladder logic, structured text). Understanding of industrial software, databases, or MES systems.
ECE
: Knowledge of automation hardware (PLCs, sensors, controllers). Basics of control systems and communication protocols.
Chemical
: Familiarity with pharma processes and P&IDs. Basic understanding of instrumentation and process control.

Department: Automation Execution

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
pharma project execution
with focus on
instrumentation
.
Support
installation, loop checking, calibration
, and commissioning of instruments.
Coordinate with
contractors and internal teams
for smooth execution.
Maintain
project documentation
, progress tracking, and quality standards.
Provide on-site support during
equipment startup
and
validation phases
.

Preferred Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E in Instrumentation, ECE, or Chemical Engineering
Diploma/ITI for technician-level roles

Preferred Skills by Branch:

Instrumentation

Good understanding of
field instrumentation
(sensors, transmitters, control valves).
Hands-on exposure to
instrument loop checking and troubleshooting

ECE

Knowledge of
instrument wiring, control panels
, and basic
automation logic
.
Familiarity with
signal conditioning
and
cabling standards
.

Chemical

Understanding of
pharma process equipment
and
P&IDs
.
Awareness of
process parameters
like flow, temperature, pressure, and their control.
