Job description Responsible for R&D Product Identification, Design, Development & Documentation Manage a team of 20 Hardware and Software engineers Review projects on a daily basis and resolve bottle necks Support the design and implementation of in-company training sessions in your area of expertise Identify inefficiencies and suggest/implement improvements within the current processes Required Candidate profile B.E / B.Tech in ECE with12 to 15 years relevant experience in Electronic instruments manufacturing company in t he relevant field. 12 + years of relevant experience. Experienced technical & operational leader should be able to drive 20+ people team Experience in architecture definition, detailed design & complete hardware development cycle Excellent understanding of fundamentals of electronics Drive project technically - experience working on all stages of project development lifecycle Experience in Customer Relationship Management should be able to set & manage customer expectations. Experience on all stages of Hardware Product Development Lifecycle Processors: TI, STM32, Silabs 8051 Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) / Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) compliance Various tools like ORCAD, ALLEGRO, PADS Lab instruments like Multi- meters, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Logic analyzer etc.
