Job Summary SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance Lead Functional Consultant Job Description: Facilitate the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and integrate with other EAM component such as work manager and inventory manager Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Well averse with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance functionalities and its integration with S/4HANA modules such as fixed assets, procurement and quality management Well averse about Activate methodology for implementation and fiori apps implementation Prepare and conduct workshops to collect business requirements Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirements Able to Design, customize, configure and testing of PM processes Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Document functional designs, test cases and results. Perform Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing of objects Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Act as a liaison between the business functions cutting across various countries, functional and technical team at offshore. Work self directed and independently Desired Skills and Experience: Minimum of 10 12 years of relevant experience in SAP PM At least 1 full cycle implementation in S/4HANA in as well as projects where SAP EAM has been implemented Ability to work with multi lingual and multi cultural teams with Excellent communication skills Experience in a continuous manufacturing industries preferred Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can do attitude adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
