Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate - Sales Support (TCCL) to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales support, customer service management, or a related field. Roles and Responsibility
Support Relationship Managers with various coordination activities including Credit, Risk, Operation, Audit, and CAD functions.
Manage PDD/Deferrals for the West & South Region.
Oversee Sales-related MIS.
Handle TDS reconciliation.
Assist Relationship Managers in addressing customer grievances.
Ensure pre and post-disbursement compliances.

Job
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and broking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with MIS reporting and data analysis.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
