Associate Producer

As a “Associate Producer” you will be responsible for managing and driving the production of one or multiple games, accountable for results including quality, on time delivery, key KPI's and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the production of one or multiple games,accountable for results including quality, budget, on time delivery, key KPI's and financial performance.
• Champion the vision of the game while drawing inputs from all disciplines on the team,company management, and the company overall.
• Be the voice of the player for the game(s)you are driving,clearly articulating player expectations to the team and providing actionable direction.
• Provide clear context to the team for how features fit into the larger game, how the game fits into the marketplace and how to serve and delight our players.
• Help the team to prioritize "highest business value" features and set quality targets.
• Communicate proactively and frequently with senior management, including detailed product roadmaps, weekly production reports, quarterly and annual plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience.

• Ability to know what types of products and features will resonate with players and what won't.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the software/game market and platforms; assertive and motivated team player;

  strong technical background a plus

• Must know Jira, confluence, or any other project management suite.
