Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with excellent process management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the process team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase quality and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
Analyze data and metrics to inform process decisions and optimize performance.
Train and guide team members on new processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in process management or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools.
