Position Overview

As an Assistant Training Manager in a pre-opening hotel environment, you will play a key role in shaping the service culture, building operational excellence, and ensuring all team members are fully equipped for launch. This position offers the rare opportunity to help create a brand-new hotel culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing the full pre-opening training calendar for all departments.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions aligned with Sarovar Group’s brand values.
• Collaborate with HODs to identify specific training needs and facilitate skills development workshops.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
• Support implementation of Learning & Development tools and track compliance with statutory requirements.
• Help create a culture of continuous learning, empowerment, and guest-centric service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel training or operations, preferably with prior pre-opening exposure.
• Strong understanding of SOP creation, departmental training matrices, and brand standard modules.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• A Proactive professional with high energy, creativity, and a strong commitment to team success.
