Role Overview:

As a B2B Assistant Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with clients in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and mentor the B2B sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach
• Identify and engage potential clients, including schools, universities, and corporates
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or training solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
• Experience using CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to travel
