Assistant Sales Manager

Position Name: Assistant Sales Manager Job Summary: The Customer Relationship / Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will customer relationship management, and customer satisfaction efforts.   Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Relationship Management:    - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers    - Ensure customer retention and loyalty    - Collaborate with the customer satisfaction team to resolve customer issues 2. Customer Satisfaction:    - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels    - Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention 3. Lead Conversion:    - Work closely with the digital marketing team to convert leads into sales    - Ensure seamless handover of leads from digital marketing to telesales 4. Representation:    - Serve as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders    - Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner   Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer relationship management, and customer satisfaction 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong sales and negotiation skills 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 6. Background of House Keeping and Facility Management experience will be handy   Reporting Structure: The Customer Relationship /Sales Manager will report to the Customer service manager or a similar senior role.   This role is critical to driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
