Based in Ludhiana, Chuk-De is trusted for maintaining hygiene and quality through every step from procurement to delivery, ensuring the best spices reach kitchens globally. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Ludhiana. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Daily tasks include analyzing sales data, building and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with the marketing team, and overseeing sales operations. The role also involves preparing sales reports, identifying market trends, and assisting in the planning and execution of sales campaigns. Qualifications Experience in sales management and team leadership Strong skills in developing and implementing sales strategies Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills Data analysis and reporting skills Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
