Job Description – F&B Steward Position: Food & Beverage StewardDepartment: Operations / ServiceReports to: Restaurant Manager / SupervisorJob Location : Mumbai As an F&B Steward at Burma Burma Restaurant and Tea Room, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness, and embodying the brand’s commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.Assist in presenting menus and explaining food and beverage offerings.Serve food and beverages courteously, efficiently, and in a timely manner.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, including tables and stations.Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate order delivery.Handle guest queries or concerns professionally and promptly.Ensure mise en place is ready before and after every shift.Uphold all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company guidelines.Maintain knowledge of the Burma Burma menu to assist guests with recommendations. Requirements:Prior experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
