We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Project Managers (DR/CIR) to join our high-performance team! This role is ideal for professionals from legal support and technical operations backgrounds who thrive in fast-paced, quality-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 3–4 projects or 1–2 key clients depending on scope
• Act as liaison between Project Managers and Team Leads
• Handle:

– STRs (Search Term Reports)
– Targeted Searches– Layouts, Choices, and Custom Fields

• Perform hourly productivity monitoring and QC checks
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality and productivity standards
• Support training, reporting, and escalation resolution

Requirements:

• 5+ years in legal support, document review, or technical project roles
• Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools, SharePoint, SQL, and Excel
• Solid knowledge of document review workflows and compliance standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Technology, or related field (preferred)
• Willingness to work full-time from Mohali office
