Assistant Project Manager- Retail fit out

We are looking for an experienced Retail Interior Fit-Out Assistant Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of retail and commercial interior projects . The ideal candidate should have expertise in estimation, BOQ preparation, site supervision, project planning, quality control, and surveys to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop project timelines, resources, and workflow strategies to ensure smooth execution. Estimation & BOQ Preparation: Prepare cost estimates, bill of quantities (BOQ), and budgets to manage project finances. Site Supervision & Surveying: Conduct site surveys, inspections, and supervision to ensure adherence to project specifications. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship, materials, and finishing quality throughout the project. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely material procurement and execution. Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all projects adhere to legal regulations, safety norms, and company policies . Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project reports, progress logs, and documentation for internal and client reference. Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Project Management , or a related field. 4+ years of experience in retail/commercial interior fit-outs . Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, site surveys, project planning, and quality control . Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools for project tracking and documentation. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
