Position Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Assistant Professors in the areas of Business Analytics, Human Resource Management, and Finance to deliver high-impact learning and contribute to academic excellence at RMS Business School.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in the assigned specialization.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools aligned with industry standards.
• Mentor and guide students on academic and career-related matters.
• Participate in academic planning, departmental meetings, research activities, and institutional events.
• Engage in curriculum development, faculty development, and quality assurance activities.
• Publish research papers and contribute to knowledge creation in your area of expertise.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (MBA/M.Com/M.Tech or equivalent) in the relevant specialization from a recognized institution (Ph.D. preferred or in progress).
• 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience preferred (fresh Ph.D. holders may also apply).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching, research, and continuous learning.
