Assistant Professor

You will be joining Moodlakatte Institute of Technology, Kundapura (MITK) as a full-time Assistant Professor specializing in Data Science. Located in Kundapura, you will play a key role in delivering lectures, developing curriculum, mentoring students, conducting research, and engaging in various academic activities. Your responsibilities will also involve evaluating student performance, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the overall enhancement of the department. To excel in this role, you must hold an M.Tech in Data Science and demonstrate proficiency in Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Statistical Methods. Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must, along with the ability to effectively mentor and guide students in their academic and professional growth. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is highly valued, while prior teaching experience, although not mandatory, will be advantageous.
