Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our esteemed institution as Assistant Professors in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The ideal candidates should have a strong academic background and a deep interest in teaching and research in the fields of Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Design and update curriculum as per university norms and industry standards.
• Guide students in academic and research projects.
• Participate actively in departmental activities and academic events.
• Engage in continuous professional development through research and scholarly activities.
• Maintain student records and assist in academic audits and NAAC/NBA accreditation work.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: M. Pharma in Pharmaceutics / Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Chemistry from a recognized university (as per PCI/UGC norms).
• Experience: 0–2 years of teaching or relevant industry experience.

• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies.
• Research orientation and academic writing ability.
