Job Title: Assistant Merchandiser Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Merchandiser to support the merchandising team in planning, coordinating, and executing merchandising activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing orders, tracking production, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining strong communication with vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:Assist in handling buyer communications and order follow-ups Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments for timely execution of orders Track production status and ensure delivery schedules are met Help prepare costing sheets, purchase orders, and order confirmations Assist in sampling process — follow up on sample development and approvals Maintain records of orders, samples, and production updates Conduct basic market and competitor research as required Assist in quality checks and ensuring product specifications are met Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation Industry: Hardgoods & Handicrafts
