Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate – Science background (preferably M-Tech/B-Tech in Cosmetic Technology).
  

• Provide technical support to the sales team for resolving customer queries.
• Conduct technical visits independently or alongside sales personnel.
• Coordinate with the factory team to resolve customer requirements regarding documentation, certification, or technical concerns.
• Manage and support customer audits in coordination with the factory.
• Collaborate with the application lab at both the factory and head office.
• Conduct research and provide solutions for queries related to home care, personal care, cosmetics, food, and pharma from customers and distributors.
• Prepare prototype formulations and samples for exhibitions and sales activities with the help of application lab executive.
• Drive concept selling of colours in food, pharma, and cosmetic sectors.
• Assist the Technical Support Manager in various tasks and projects.
• Represent the company in local B2B exhibitions and manage technical interactions.
• Support webinar & seminar arrangement.
