As Assistant Manager - Banquets Sales , you will join a team that is passionate about deliering exceptional serice, where we beliee that anything is possible, whilst haing fun in all that we do!

The Assistant Manager - Banquets Sales is responsible for driing reenue through strategic sales efforts, managing banquet inquiries, client negotiations, and ensuring smooth coordination of eents. This role is key to building lasting relationships with corporate and social clients, positioning the enue as a preferred choice for luxury and premium eents.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Deelopment
  • Deelop and execute sales strategies to meet reenue goals.
  • Identify leads for corporate eents, weddings, social functions, and MICE.
  • Build and maintain networks with corporates, wedding planners, and agencies.
  • Conduct site isits, client meetings, and negotiate contracts/packages.
Client Relationship Management
  • Offer tailored consultation and eent solutions.
  • Ensure smooth client communication from inquiry to post-eent feedback.
  • Resole client concerns with a solution-focused approach.
Eent Planning & Coordination
  • Liaise with banquet operations and culinary teams.
  • Assist in menu planning, seating, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with all contract terms and payment milestones.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
  • Work with marketing to design promotional campaigns and offers.
  • Represent the brand at eents, exhibitions, and networking meets.
  • Drie online/offline brand isibility targeting high-end clientele.
Reenue Management & Reporting
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends.
  • Share regular forecasts and strategic insights with leadership.
  • Ensure profitability within set budgets.
Reporting To:
Director - Banquets Sales
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in banquet/eent/catering sales within luxury hospitality.
  • Strong network within corporate and eent planning communities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics.
  • Passionate about deliering premium client serice with attention to detail.
