Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Quality & Accreditation located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing quality and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, managing audits, and implementing quality improvement initiatives within the hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality management systems and healthcare accreditation standards
• Experience in conducting audits and implementing quality improvement protocols
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Certification in Quality Management or Healthcare Accreditation is a plus
