Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value
  • Analyze customer behavior and data to uncover insights that improve retention efforts
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app) with targeted, personalized messaging
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer support to align efforts and improve customer experience
  • Use A/B testing to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., CleverTap) for triggered and behavior-based campaigns
  • Monitor retention KPIs with the data analytics team to guide decision-making
  • Stay up to date on customer retention trends, tools, and best practices
