We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Director of Retention Marketing to own and optimize the client retention and lifecycle marketing strategy. This role will focus on increasing client lifetime value, reducing churn, and building long-term customer engagement through targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and execution of acquisition and retention campaigns via various channels such as Push, In-App, Email, Social, etc. Driving gamified and incentive-based programs/campaigns with a well-defined social element attached to it while understanding the target group, positioning, offer/CTA. Supervising the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success, and also maintaining regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns. Ensuring that the organization's brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels. Leading all the efforts required for go-to-market (GTM) plans for various products and services and working closely with the various internal stakeholders to ensure GTM plans can be effectively implemented and iterated. Partnering with the Analytics team to dig deep into the data and provide actionable insights, identifying new opportunities. Using user & market research, user feedback, user usage, and competitive analysis to identify new campaign opportunities and enhancements. What We're Looking For: - 7+ years of product marketing experience in a growing business - 4+ years of core growth marketing experience - experiment-driven growth process at a high-growth company with a proven track record of driving high retention of the existing users - Excellent understanding of user segmentation and cohorts based on various surrogates, events, and attributes - Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills - Ability to drive insights into campaigns - Practical and Proven expertise on tools like Mo-Engage, Amplitude, etc. - Knowledge of testing and optimization - Experience driving campaigns in a crypto/fintech, e-commerce, gaming, and/or internet environment - Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment If you are interested, please send your resume to hr@exchange1.com or apply directly.,

Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telefundraisers to achieve individual and team fundraising targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed. Organize regular training sessions, including mock calls and objection-handling exercises, to enhance team effectiveness. Coach team members on donor communication and product knowledge. 2. Donor Communication & Fundraising Oversee donor outreach through emails and calls, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates. Ensure a minimum of 2080 acquisition calls per month are made collectively to meet organizational goals. Monitor and improve call quality and donor experience. 3. Data Management & Reporting Share daily online donation confirmation sheets with the backend team for timely processing. Submit income sheets detailing donations collected through both acquisition and retention calls. Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of submission and reporting sheets. 4. Event Participation & Lead Generation Represent the organization in fundraising events organized by the events team. Generate leads and follow up with potential donors post-event. Send follow-up emails and updates to event participants to convert leads into donors. 5. Donor Support Coordination Liaise with the donor support team to ensure tax receipts and acknowledgments are shared with donors on priority. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. 3–5 years of experience in fundraising and telecalling, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and convincing skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Prior experience in the NGO sector will be an added advantage. COMPETENCIES Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups Proactive, results and service-oriented Excellent listening skills and confidence in talking to people both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
