Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing

The Assistant Manager -
Brand Marketing will support the execution of brand marketing plans across offline (retail, events) and online (social, website) platforms, ensuring consistency in brand identity and communication at all customer touchpoints. This role involves coordinating brand calendar rollouts for campaigns, festive launches, and regional activations. The individual will collaborate with design and merchandising teams on product naming, packaging, and storytelling , and support new collection launches with marketing inputs, sample coordination, and content planning. They will also help create product decks, look books, and training tools for internal teams. Key responsibilities include supporting the end-to-end rollout of brand campaigns across print, digital, and in-store, coordinating with creative, digital, and showroom teams for timely execution , and tracking campaign performance by sharing weekly reports on reach, engagement, and sales impact. The role requires assisting in aligning retail storytelling with online campaigns , helping build CRM campaigns, influencer collaborations, and festive initiatives , and supporting e-commerce and social teams with brand content. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will act as a link between various teams (brand, creative, media, PR, retail operations) to ensure timely approvals and execution , and monitor competitor activity and market trends.

5-8 Years (Alternatively, 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or retail ).
