Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Human Resources (HR) Manager
Location: Benaulim, South Goa – Heritage Hospitality Property

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and administration.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic conflict resolution.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and staff evaluations.
  • Support payroll coordination and benefits administration in liaison with accounts.
  • Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and HR support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
