We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Fleet Personnel Manager to support crewing operations, owner coordination, and the complete crew change cycle. πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities: βš“ Manage crew planning and mobilization for multiple vessel types βš“ Liaise with owners, DPAs, fleet managers, and internal teams for crew change approvals βš“ Monitor crew costs and ensure compliance with budgets and company policies βš“ Recruit Indian and foreign officers through portals and agencies βš“ Oversee documentation, travel, and training coordination βš“ Maintain crew rotation and records, especially for Cruise Vessels βš“ Daily communication with vessels and support teams πŸ’‘ Ideal Candidate: βœ” Strong knowledge of STCW, MLC, and maritime compliance βœ” Excellent coordination, recruitment, and documentation skills βœ” Experience with crew software and MS Office tools πŸ“§ Interested?
