We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Fleet Personnel Manager to support crewing operations, owner coordination, and the complete crew change cycle. π Key Responsibilities: β Manage crew planning and mobilization for multiple vessel types β Liaise with owners, DPAs, fleet managers, and internal teams for crew change approvals β Monitor crew costs and ensure compliance with budgets and company policies β Recruit Indian and foreign officers through portals and agencies β Oversee documentation, travel, and training coordination β Maintain crew rotation and records, especially for Cruise Vessels β Daily communication with vessels and support teams π‘ Ideal Candidate: β Strong knowledge of STCW, MLC, and maritime compliance β Excellent coordination, recruitment, and documentation skills β Experience with crew software and MS Office tools π§ Interested?
