Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Event Coordinator located in Jaipur. The Assistant Event Coordinator will support the planning and coordination of events, liaise with clients and vendors, manage event logistics, and ensure that events run smoothly. Daily tasks include assisting with event planning, coordination, execution, and post-event follow-up. The role involves maintaining communication with stakeholders, providing customer service, and supporting the sales team with event-related tasks.

  • Skills in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Previous experience in event coordination is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
