Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager located in Jamnagar. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for Sourcing Secured Loans, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also assist in implementing strategic initiatives and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Leadership, Communication, and Problem-solving skills
Experience in financial services or retail banking
Knowledge of lending products and services
Customer service orientation and Sales acumen
Ability to analyze financial data and reports
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is a plus
