Area Sales Manager - South Kerala

NB: FMCG Experience is Mandatory Key Responsibilities Lead and manage primary and secondary sales across assigned districts in South Kerala. Build, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers and field executives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Drive numeric and weighted distribution growth in the region. Plan and execute promotional activities and product launches. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Ensure timely collection of payments and effective inventory management. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide timely sales reports, market feedback, and forecasts to the Head Office. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in the Tea industry . Proven track record of managing large territories and achieving sales targets. Strong distributor network knowledge in South Kerala. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region. Language proficiency in Malayalam and English is a must. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in handling rural and urban markets in South Kerala. Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
