Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager - Railway, located in Bangalore. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage relationships with clients in the railway sector, and work towards achieving sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with the marketing team to implement sales programs. The Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications Sales Management and Client Relationship skills Listing of all our range in Railway zones. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies Market Analysis and Trend Analysis skills Team Leadership and Mentoring skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience in the food industry and/or railway sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
