Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve project sales targets for electrical products such as lighting solutions, wire, and luminaries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC contractors, government projects, and consumers to drive business growth.
Identify new opportunities through secondary sales channels and consumer electronics/appliances markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
