Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Area Collections Manager in Chittoor, Srinagar Colony - JM. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in collections management and be able to manage a team effectively.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of collection professionals to achieve business objectives.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.

Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
