Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our liasioning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting and design, with proficiency in CAD software and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural drawings, models, and plans.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and designs based on project specifications and guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to develop design concepts and proposals.
• Revise and modify existing drawings as needed based on feedback and changes in project scope.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Create 3D models and visualizations to assist in project presentations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and drawings in both digital and physical formats.
• Coordinate with other team members, including engineers and construction teams, to ensure design feasibility.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and technologies in the architectural field.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino).
• Experience with sustainable design practices.
• Familiarity with project management software.
