Design Manager with a B.Arch. degree and 7+ years of experience in the real estate sector in Mumbai is needed for a full-time position. The role involves leading design processes, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring projects meet quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Experience collaborating with Design Architects & Project Management
• Proficiency in project management for seamless coordination with consultants and site logistics
• Solid understanding of site/construction processes
• Ability to handle RFIs effectively
• Proficient in 3D modelling, particularly SketchUp
• CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D rendering software
• Skilled in illustration using MS Office, Illustrator, or InDesign

Qualifications
