Job Description:
R&R Builders and Interiors is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team in Nellikunnu, Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio and at least 2 years of experience in residential and commercial architecture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural designs, plans, and drawings using AutoCAD and other design software
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts
• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications
• Work collaboratively with construction and interior teams for smooth project implementation
• Stay updated with industry trends and materials

Requirements:

• B.Arch degree (Bachelor of Architecture)
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Candidates residing in or near Nellikunnu, Thrissur preferred
