Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring strong design and technical expertise, along with experience in managing end-to-end architectural projects. This is a full-time position offering opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs from concept through execution.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and local regulations.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues during execution.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated project outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA), India.
