Job Title: Architect / Interior Desiger

About the Role: M Square Builder's is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect/Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing complete construction and interior drawings, collaborating closely with our project and site teams, and contributing to the architectural vision of our residential, commercial, and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and produce detailed construction drawings, working drawings, and interior layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.

Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs as per project requirements.

Create and present mood boards, 3D views, and material proposals to clients. Provide support during execution phases, including site visits and modifications to designs as needed.

Ensure timely delivery of drawings and presentations for various project stages (Concept → GFC → As-built). Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma with strong portfolio).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit(preferred),MS Office. Strong visualization, detailing, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.

Experience in residential and commercial interior or architectural projects is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
