Job Description

Senior Architect

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in handling architecture projects end-to-end
Proficiency in the following software tools:
Revit
(mandatory)
Lumion
SketchUp
AutoCAD
Knowledge of additional tools such as
Rhino, Enscape, V-Ray, Adobe Suite
, etc., will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, and construction techniques
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication and project management skills
Bachelor's in architecture

Responsibilities:

Lead design development and manage projects through all phases
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and standards
Oversee site coordination and assist in execution during the construction stage
Guide and review the work of junior architects and designers
