Job Description Project Role : Scrum Master Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics. Must have skills : Japanese Language Good to have skills :Cobol Mainframe Minimum2year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification :15 years full time education Job Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will support the effective functioning of a software development team by using Agile methodologies. Your role involves coaching and mentoring Scrum Teams, removing obstacles to successful implementation, and maintaining a continuous focus on tasks. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will track and report progress using relevant metrics to ensure smooth project execution. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor Scrum Team(s), helping remove barriers to successful implementation. Track and report project progress using appropriate metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Guide team members in adopting Agile methodologies and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in the Japanese language. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively facilitate and lead meetings. Experience in resolving conflicts and removing barriers within the team. Additional Information: A minimum of 2 years of experience with the Japanese language is required. This position is based in Pune. A 15-year full-time education is required.
