Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of key applications and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and solutions.- Implement automation solutions to streamline application support processes.- Provide training and support to end-users on application functionalities. Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.- Knowledge of ITIL framework for IT service management.- Hands-on experience with incident management and ticketing systems.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Build Process Automation.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
